Most MSMEs are not thorough with their recruitment process. It is either handled as a family and friend thing or handled by an unqualified consultant who shabbily packages something and off he or she goes.
Staffing is a major factor to the take off and success of any business and this shouldn’t be handled with kid gloves.
Your staff are your greatest assets and recruiting the right staff and giving them the right training will make them treat those customers well and keep the business going.
Thinking like an MSMEs, the recruitment process and reward system in Civil Service in Nigeria is actually responsible for the low performance and bad attitude experienced there too.
