This week of CSW, I got a very poor treatment from a Logistics Company on Rwang Pam Street Jos, Plateau State who was fully paid for the delivery of a parcel from Jos to Port Harcourt.
Imagine a parcel that was sent from Jos on 28/9/2021 and up till today 8/10/2021, it hasn’t been delivered to the recipient. What a shame and embarrassment and the staff of the company Madam Risikat(not her real name) didn’t act professional at all. I had to keep calling her and the excuse was she thought it has been delivered. I didn’t pay the company to think, I paid them to act and deliver the parcel.
Just imagine if it was a document for an interview what would have happened? Maybe I would have used the motor parks of these luxurious buses.
Only for the recipient to be called and told they have transportation issues, is that an excuse for a deal you have gotten full value, but haven’t delivered on your own part?
I am glad the staff of the company are reading this post and I am hoping they will redeem their imagine, because I will not refer them to anyone at all in Jos.
