*THE POWER OF SERVICE* Part-4of5
Business in Nigeria is WAR!, yes it is. If you ever have anything to do with agencies of Government, you will know what I am talking about.
If you ever have to do a Government bidding or job you will also know that some of the ‘WAR’ against you maybe from your ‘village’ people.
However, with the right Customer Service, you can conquer some of these wars and also navigate the difficult terrain better.
I do not blame private business owners who do not apply for Government job, but Government will still regulates whatever you do.
Anywhere in the world, Government is the largest spender in the Economy and the Private Sector is the largest player in the Economy.
Top notch Customer Service therefore, doesnt come by laying on of hands, but by deliberate acquisition and application of knowledge.
I particularly visit a branch of a Commercial Bank in Jos more because right from the gate the Security men are so courteous and customer-centric, not looking for T-Y-S.
Customers can be weaponised by exceptional service that they become brand loyalist.
Has the power of Customer Service rendered to you made you a brand loyalist to any brand?
Marian Wright Edelman said “Service is the rent we pay for being. It is the very purpose of life, and not something you do in your spare time” If the above quote is internalized, nobody truly has an excuse for rendering poor service. It is indeed a place of POWER.
_If you learnt anything from this, kindly share with someone out there._
