YOU CANNOT PERFORM BEYOND WHAT YOU KNOW ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EFFICIENT SERVICE DELIVERY!
If individuals and businesses know the POWER of efficient service delivery in every day life, they will take it more seriously and spend reasonable resources in improving their knowledge and skills on how to deliver satisfactorily and exceptionally.
In March, 2021 we hosted the first ever *Customer Service Clinic* in Jos Plateau State, which had 35 paid participants from across various sectors of human endeavours.
One of the participants changed job about three months ago, because she displayed at the interview the knowledge of what she learnt at the Clinic. The job is a higher paying job, closer to her house and of a higher position.
She is already exerting her competence in improving on service delivery of her new employer. What power can be more than this?
The *2nd Jos Customer Service Clinic* is loading in November 2021 and it’s for 2 days; from Friday evening to Saturday Evening and It is meant for only 50 participants and will be really engaging.
You can take advantage of this year’s CSW to learn how to increase your power in Customer Service Delivery.
On Ahmadu Bello Way in Jos for instance, at that long stretch of the road, you will consider a lot of things to determine the bank to patronise. Is it parking space? Is it the attitude of the security personnel? Is it the attitude of staff in the banking hall?
Same applies to other service providers, but we ourselves must know ourselves first to begin to judge bad or good service.
