Customer Service and Good Attitude can give you what a good location with a bad attitude will never give you.

In the last couple of months, I have found myself using this quote by Winston Churchill “Attitude is the little thing that makes the big difference” and I tell you, the difference can be positive or negative.

Your attitude and exceptional customer service can spark impulsive buying, because everyone wants to be treated well and with respect as well.

Many businesses today need this training on customer service. From the taxi driver to the receptionist, to the so called customer service officer, security personnel, cooks, doctors, nurses, ushers in church or at event even amongst colleagues in the office, the list goes on.

Indeed Customer Service is an attitude and not a department.
